What are your business hours?

Our Reservations Service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I get a transfer from/to any airport?

Our transfers are available in Cancún International Airport only.

Do you offer private transfers?

Yes. Our fleet are equipped with air-conditioning and an internal communication system. There is ample space in the back for luggage.

Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

No. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy inside our vehicles.

How can I contact you from the Airport?

Check your confirmation voucher for the local phone numbers of our office.

Do I need an advance reservation?

The latest that you can make a reservation is 24 hours before you need the transfer. We highly recommend though that you book well in advance of this so we can serve you better.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation at any time before the transfer. Cancellation fees apply to start 7 days before services begin. Please read our terms and conditions for cancellation.

What if my flight is delayed?

We will wait up to one hour of the carrier’s scheduled arrival time. We will still try to transfer you after this time but we can’t guarantee it as we have other passengers to transfer.

Where do I meet the driver?

Our driver will be waiting for you at the Airport Exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Refer to your confirmation voucher for detailed instructions on where you will meet your driver.

Do you provide car seats for children under three years old?

Most of our transfer vehicles have safety seats for children. If a child seat is not available, the child should sit on the parent’s lap.

Should I tip the driver? How much?

It’s up to you. If you are pleased with the driver’s service, why not?

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive 2 e-mails from us. The first is just a quick one showing what you entered. The other two, one is for the confirmation service. This e-voucher contains all the directions, phone numbers, amounts due etc. If you do not receive an e-voucher within 24 hours, please contact us.

We are going to Cozumel. Can you take us to the ferry docks in Playa del Carmen?

Yes, our airport shuttle provider will deliver you to the ferry dock in Playa del Carmen. NOTE: If you require transfer to Playa del Carmen ferry docks select "Playa del Carmen" as your drop off location in the drop-down field when booking.

Can I pay Online with Credit card?

Yes, we accept PayPal.

Should the service be Prepaid?

Yes, it's on the regulations of the Cancun Airport
